Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday 1PM-9PM PST
Friday 5:30AM-1PM PST

Job Description: The Yard Porter at Trail's End RV Storage is responsible for providing support and assistance to the facility's customers and ensuring that the storage yard is clean, organized, and secure. The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer service: The Yard Porter will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the facility. They will greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with parking and maneuvering their RVs.
- Maintain the facility: The Yard Porter will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes sweeping the parking lot, emptying trash cans, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Security: The Yard Porter will be responsible for monitoring the facility to ensure that it is secure. This includes monitoring security cameras, checking the locks on the storage units, and reporting any suspicious activity to the management team.
- Maintain records: The Yard Porter will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer arrivals and departures, as well as any issues or incidents that occur at the facility.
Other duties: The Yard Porter may be asked to perform other duties as needed, such as assisting with marketing efforts, inventory management, or other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work weekends and early mornings
