Job Description

This regional CDL-A position offers steady miles predictable freight and reliable home time for both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates Drivers with experience move directly into solo pay while new drivers receive structured paid mentor training

Lane and Schedule

• Regional dry van and refrigerated freight
• Average weekly miles between 2,100 and 2,300
• 100 percent no touch freight
• Home time every two weeks with a 34 to 48 hour reset

Pay and Earnings

• Weekly pay range from $1,300 to $1,600 based on experience
• CPM pay after training in a from to structure
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
• Detention layover and extra stop pay available

Training Program for New Drivers

• Paid one on one mentor training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
• Assigned trainer throughout the program
• Immediate transition to solo pay after training completion

Equipment and Driver Support

• Assigned late model automatic trucks
• APU equipped trucks
• No slip seating
• 24 hour dispatch and driver support
• Rider and pet program available after training

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum age 21
• Recent CDL school graduates accepted with 120 or more accredited hours
• No recent DUIs or major preventable accidents
