Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow; ensure timely updates and SLA adherence.
Incident Queue Monitoring: Continuously review incident queues, assign tickets to appropriate teams, and escalate critical issues when required.
Request Management: Process and fulfill service requests efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation in ServiceNow.
Deployments: Coordinate and support deployment activities, ensuring smooth release transitions with minimal business impact.
Jira Stories: Track and update Jira stories, bugs, and sprint tasks related to ServiceNow and ITSM initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Infrastructure to ensure consistent service delivery.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management and continuous service improvement.
