We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing, optimizing, and securing Salesforce environments to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize business productivity. Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Administrator , you will act as the primary expert and technical lead for Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to design, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and drive organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Salesforce Administrator , managing end-to-end user management , including user setup, permissions, and access controls, while ensuring an optimized user experience.

• Oversee data management to maintain data integrity and accuracy-eliminating duplicates, ensuring proper field usage, and enabling high-quality data for reporting and analytics.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure Salesforce security configurations align with company compliance requirements and policies.

• Design and maintain actionable analytics , reports, and dashboards that support critical business decisions and align with company objectives.

• Lead product management activities for Salesforce, including system enhancements, feature rollouts, and ensuring smooth transitions during Salesforce Releases.

• Continuously seek opportunities to expand Salesforce capabilities across multiple clouds, integrating new technologies such as CPQ and automation tools to improve efficiency.

• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting diverse business functions.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools .

• Hands-on experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation .

• Solid understanding of user access management, profiles, roles, and permissions .

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security practices and governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.

• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).

• Exposure to CPQ, workflow automation, and data integration tools .
