Job Title: Electronics EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in Victor, NY, focusing on the development of advanced Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and testing digital, analog, and RF circuits for ASW receiver systems, including sonobuoy receivers and signal processing electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits and systems (digital, analog, RF).

• Conduct system-level trade-offs, risk assessments, and design reviews.

• Test and debug prototype hardware.

• Produce technical documentation and present at design reviews.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware into ASW systems.

• Mentor junior engineers.

• Occasional travel required.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of hardware design experience.

• Proficiency in analog, digital, and RF design and signal processing.

• Experience with CAD tools such as Altium and LTspice.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience guiding PCB layout and working with ECAD teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience with PCB board design, integration, and embedded systems.

• Familiarity with MATLAB and LTspice.

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and occasional travel. The role requires proficiency in using CAD tools and conducting system-level trade-offs and assessments. You will work on developing cutting-edge ASW technologies in a dynamic and engaging setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Victor, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $142000.00/yr.
