Job Description

Our client is a digital marketing agency seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead social strategy for a portfolio of clients. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to build engaged communities.

You'll develop content strategies, create compelling posts, manage publishing calendars, and analyze performance to drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form video
Manage content calendars and schedule posts using social tools
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement
Engage with followers and manage community interactions
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Collaborate with designers and copywriters on campaign assets
Stay current on platform updates and algorithm changes

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Proven track record of growing followers and engagement
Proficiency in social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
