Hyundai Price Hike: Hot Selling Cars Get Costlier

Hyundai Venue and Grand i10 Nios are among the bestselling cars from the brand, collectively contributing over 30% of Hyundai’s sales. Since January 2025, multiple carmakers, including Honda, MG Motor, and Maruti Suzuki, have announced price hikes across their model ranges. Hyundai has now followed suit, increasing the prices of the Venue N-Line and Grand i10 Nios. Let’s take a detailed look at the latest Hyundai Price Hike and how much more customers will need to pay.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Price Hike – February 2025

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios is offered in five primary variants – Era, Magna, Sportz, Sportz (O), and Asta. Among these, the Sportz (O) variant is exempt from the price hike. For all other petrol variants, a uniform Rs 6,000 price hike has been applied, covering both manual and automatic versions. The CNG variants have seen a steeper increase, with Magna CNG witnessing the highest hike of Rs 15,200.

With the updated prices, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios now ranges from Rs 5.98 lakh to Rs 8.62 lakh (ex-showroom).

Powertrain Details

The Grand i10 Nios is powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine, producing 83 PS and 113.8 Nm of torque, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a Smart Auto AMT. The CNG variant is limited to a 5-speed manual transmission, delivering 69 PS and 95.2 Nm in CNG mode. Fuel efficiency estimates suggest 16-18 km/l for petrol variants and up to 27 km/kg for CNG models.


Hyundai Venue N-Line Price Hike – February 2025

A fixed price hike of Rs 7,000 has been applied to all variants of the Hyundai Venue N-Line. The SUV is now priced between Rs 12.14 lakh and Rs 13.96 lakh (ex-showroom). Hyundai offers the Venue N-Line in two main variants – N6 and N8, with transmission choices of 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch transmission).

Powertrain & Features

The Venue N-Line is equipped with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, generating 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque. It is positioned as a sportier version of the standard Venue, featuring sporty red highlights, diamond-cut alloy wheels with the N logo, a sharp tailgate spoiler, and LED connecting tail lamps.

Inside, it gets black interiors with red inserts, red ambient lighting, voice-enabled smart electric sunroof, sporty metal pedals, and leather seats with red accents.
