**Job Title: Warehouse Loader**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer/Loader to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring that finished products are packed, loaded, and shipped accurately and safely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pack finished plastic products according to company and customer specifications.
+ Load products onto pallets and trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
+ Securely wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment to prevent damage or contamination.
+ Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the entire shift.
+ Inspect products for defects, contamination, or inconsistencies before packing.
+ Support other warehouse tasks as needed, including unloading raw materials and staging production supplies.
+ Help meet daily packing and shipping targets in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse, packing, or manufacturing roles.
+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
+ Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.
+ Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, DE.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
