The Sales Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling products, running day to day operations, cash handling and more. This position reports to the District Manager. Core Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for selling products and services to new and existing customersResponsible for meeting current sales metricsResponsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by CorporateResponsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals as established within DistrictResponsible for handling customer service issuesResponsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levelResponsible for maintaining store standards and appearance as established by the District Manager (DM)Responsible for providing data as requested by DM and completing weekly reports as requiredFlexible to work stores within District as neededResponsible for adherence to all Company policies and proceduresMust be able to work independently in a retail storefrontOther miscellaneous duties as assigned by the DMOnly those with a strong desire to succeed and make money need apply.
