Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Christ Fellowship Summer Internship is an exciting summer internship that offers a unique opportunity to dive into the life of our church community. This hands-on experience is perfect for individuals passionate about ministry and eager to grow in their faith while making a Kingdom impact. You will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders in ministry through a team environment that encourages personal and professional growth. The internship consists of 40 hours of work per week and runs from May 17, 2026 to August 2, 2026. Interns will receive a total stipend of $1,000, paid in two installments.
JOB DUTIES:
You will be developed by:
Working alongside a supervisor and team to gain hands-on ministerial experience
Participating in Intern Connects where ministry leaders will invest in your spiritual and professional development
Attending specific trainings to grow your understanding of ministry
Attending College Nights, Christ Fellowship's College Ministry
You will be challenged by:
Improving your leadership skills and taking your God given talent to the next level
Accomplishing tasks and developing ideas to help strengthen different areas of ministry
Working collaboratively with volunteers and staff members
Participating in at least one of the Christ Fellowship camps offered during the summer
Expanding your knowledge of ministry logistics and operations
Committing to a weekly ministry supervisor meeting focusing on the maintenance of daily habits resulting in spiritual growth and formation
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
