Hiring: In-House Social Media Content Creator

A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a talented, creative, and results-driven In-House Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role will work directly alongside our Chief Marketing Officer to support and elevate all marketing, branding, and digital content initiatives. Position Overview

This full-time, in-house role requires proven experience in personal injury law firm marketing and includes responsibilities across:

✔ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword research and perform on-page and off-page SEO.

✔ Content Creation

• Write and produce high-quality blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media content focused on personal injury topics.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the CMO to create educational and client-centered material.

✔ Social Media Management

• Manage content and strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create reels, detailed explainers, community content, and trending short-form videos.

✔ AI-Driven Media & Ads

• Use AI platforms to produce creative assets, ad variations, scripts, and branded content.
• Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AI, and Canva AI is required.

✔ Graphic Design & Media Editing

• Must be proficient in Photoshop , Canva, and other digital creation tools.
• Ability to edit videos, design graphics, and prepare polished visual assets.

✔ Link Building & Reputation Management

• Build high-authority backlinks to strengthen website rankings.
• Monitor online reviews and maintain consistent, positive brand presence.

✔ Collaboration with the CMO

• Work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer on campaigns, strategy, and execution.
• Provide support on firm-wide initiatives, advertising plans, and content calendars.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior personal injury law firm experience in marketing, content creation, or social media.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for legal and non-legal content.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Photoshop, Canva, and video-editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced legal environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
