Express Employment Professionals is seeking Skilled Builders for a local company in the Malakoff, TX area!

**Schedule: **Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of construction tasks, including building structures, framing, roofing, painting, and exterior finishing
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper techniques
• Operate and maintain power tools and air tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and work orders
• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure projects are completed to specification
• Work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of power tools and air tools (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns)
• Must be able to use a tape measure and work with measurements accurately
• Strong understanding of framing, roofing, and exterior construction methods
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions

You should be proficient in:

• Tape Measure Reading
• Drywall Installation
• Finish and Rough Carpentry
• Cabinet Installation
• Carpet & Flooring Installation
• High School / GED
