We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator with strong expertise across IT Operations Management (ITOM) , IT Asset Management (ITAM) - including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) - as well as IT Service Management (ITSM) . The ideal candidate will also have proven experience as an Integration Analyst , designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Develop, configure, and maintain ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration , and CMDB .
Implement and optimize Discovery schedules , probes, and patterns for efficient data collection.
Maintain CMDB health , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with configuration policies.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios).
Design, develop, and administer HAM and SAM modules , ensuring proper lifecycle management of assets.
Automate asset tracking and compliance workflows for hardware and software inventories.
Implement integrations with asset discovery and procurement systems.
Maintain license compliance and asset reconciliation processes.
Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management .
Create and maintain catalog items , workflows , and UI policies to improve service delivery.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices across ITSM processes.
Serve as an Integration Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., Azure AD, SCCM, HR, ERP).
Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and web services for data exchange.
Write custom scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and use Flow Designer for process automation.
Collaborate with other teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
