Design and carry out experiments to construct immunized or synthetic yeast display. Design and carry out experiments campaigns to discover target binders from diverse libraries. Characterize the biologics leads biochemically and biophysically. Analyze and communicate experimental results verbally and in writing. Work across teams to develop methods and functional assays. Analyze data, document, and present research findings. (R1592886) 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $141,310 - $191,190/yr. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** : PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field plus the following knowledge/skills: protein engineering; current molecular biology and cell biology techniques, including DNA cloning, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, and ELISA; and data analysis.
