Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and recommend best practices for scalability and performance.
• Perform hands-on development and configuration using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead and support complex integrations with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Must hold the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
• Proven, hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Strong background in architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive experience in system integrations, especially via APIs.
• Skilled in code review, debugging, and collaborating with development teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) is a plus.
