Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Omni Studio to support ongoing system enhancements, lead integrations with external platforms, and serve as a senior technical resource within the development team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Omni Studio tools.

Note: This is a hybrid position 3 days on-site and 2 days remote weekly . Local candidates are preferred as relocation support is not available. Interview will be conducted via In-Person .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Omni Studio (Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors).
• Customize and configure Salesforce declarative features (Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Flows, Process Builder).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs , Bulk API , and Metadata API .
• Retrieve and manage data from Oracle databases as part of external system integration.
• Create reports and dashboards to support both operational and executive decision-making.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead design sessions, communicate technical solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Define and execute unit, system, and integration testing strategies.
• Manage deployments to production environments with precision and reliability.
• Work within an Agile team , actively participating in sprints, planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in Salesforce development and Omni Studio usage.
