Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr Salesforce Administrator with our client in the medical industry located in Minnetonka, MN. This is a 4 + month contract to hire position. This role is hybrid, working 2-3 days onsite. Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description Client is looking for a skilled and business-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our expanding CRM ecosystem. This role is essential to enabling value in the Salesforce instances including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The primary focus is administrating and configuring a greenfield environment with a fast-paced team, incrementally delivering value to the Broker and Sales teams so that they can effectively sell our products. Summary of Role Advanced level of Salesforce Administration in the health care industry. Primary Responsibilities Salesforce Health Cloud / Sales Cloud Serve as a key administrator for our Health Cloud and Sales Cloud instances, along with related applications Build and manage workflows such as person accounts and case management Salesforce Configuration Configure custom objects, fields and relationships based on requirements Set up and provision new users, profiles, permissions and roles Align with security configuration standards Write complex reports, dashboards, and create exports of data Follow change control processes for quality assurance and auditing purposes Salesforce Automation Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks Leverage emerging AI technologies Leadership skills Ability to lead work from start to finish effectively and with accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Describe complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Agile methodology Experience working on agile teams Familiarity with agile ceremonies and incremental delivery concepts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience (4+ years) Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator Experience working in Health Cloud and/or Sales Cloud is highly desirable Familiarity with agile software development practices Troubleshooting abilities, production support experience, and good communication skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive mindset, and has attention to detail. Experience working with HIPAA, HITECH and other healthcare compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cloud platforms and deployment Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
