Responsibilities: • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience • Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Real estate license or actively working to acquire license (We can help you get one!) • Energized by an open-ended compensation plan • Passionate about selling and helping people • Provide world-class service About Company: Tami Holmes Realty is Southwest Ohio's top real estate team.
