Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Associates. As a licensed sales associate, you’ll work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the real estate process while leveraging Howard Hanna’s unmatched brand, marketing, and support systems.

Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and company tools
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying/selling process
• Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and industry best practices
• Attend training, meetings, and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful career
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience a plus, but not required

Compensation: Commission-based. Unlimited earning potential based on effort and performance.
