We are seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Adult Primary Care to join our expanding outpatient team in Robbinsville, NJ. This position combines in-office and telemedicine visits, offers a flexible weekday schedule, and provides on-site supervision with abundant peer support from senior APPs and physicians.
Ideal candidates are clinically confident, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on patient care excellence.
40 clinical hours per week
Four 10-hour weekday shifts with one weekday off each week
Rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 4 to 6 weeks
Average 2.0 to 2.5 patients per hour, approximately 20 minutes per patient
No call responsibilities
Initial 4 to 6-week training period at Hamilton office
Provide comprehensive adult primary care and sick visits via both in-office and telemedicine platforms
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and APP colleagues to coordinate patient care
Utilize M-Modal dictation software and/or scribe support to maintain efficient documentation
Demonstrate clinical independence while recognizing when collaboration or escalation is needed
Deliver compassionate care with excellent bedside and webside manner
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine
Active New Jersey PA License, CDS, and DEA
Strong clinical and communication skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMR systems and telehealth platforms
Leadership mindset with a collaborative, team-driven approach
Must pass background, reference, and malpractice checks
