Requirements:

• Current State Licensure.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy, or a Master's degree in SLPs.
• Must comply with certification and licensure prerequisites set by state and national board associations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the rehab team, including PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Oversee rehab services to ensure they meet established protocols and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with therapists to assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and track progress.
• Recruit, train, and manage rehab staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support their development.
• Develop and implement tailored rehab programs and strategies to meet patient needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evidence-based practices to improve program effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance, meeting regulatory standards and patient safety.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals like physicians, nurses, and social workers for holistic patient care.
• Manage the rehab department budget efficiently, optimizing resources for quality care.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and activities.
• Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
