Currently at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Paid Acquisition to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years.

About The Position

Seeking a proven marketing professional responsible for paid media performance for social and search, including in-account execution for scale, oversight of creative needs for sprints, reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy, and overseeing and supporting other growth marketing team members.

Reports to Director of Growth Marketing
What you’ll do:

● Lead and support the implementation of our paid media marketing strategies for paid social and search (Facebook, TikTok, and Google/YouTube Ads).
● Manage implementation of tactics for optimizing paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs including traffic, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS in order to achieve revenue and performance goals.
● Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production, working with the Creative Strategist and Creative Teams to receive net new concepts and iterations of current ad creatives.
● Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, landing page tools, and more.
● Scale channel(s) by testing new opportunities and running experiments inside the ad accounts + play a pivotal role in the planning process of testing post-click opportunities.]
● Drive our social and search channels forward by unlocking scale with iterative creative & landing page requests, testing new in-account tactics, and sharing learnings cross-departmentally with other growth marketing managers and/or departments.
● Create and/or optimize monthly & weekly projections based on budget + resources from the Director of Growth Marketing, make pivots when needed, & help meet performance goals for the department.
● Set up robust reporting & automation to improve operational efficiency
● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

The ideal candidate has:
● 4+ years experience executing Customer Acquisition at scale across multiple paid media channels and ad networks managing budgets over $10M per year. Facebook is a must.
● Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative testing.
● Able to manage performance creative strategy and formulate creative development needs at a rapid pace. You won’t be managing creative teams, but the right candidate understands how to bridge the gap between performance and creative to receive what’s needed from creative teams.
● Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening, and presenting. You will be presenting data in department calls, and work with various teams outside of the Growth Marketing team that will require excellent communication & thoroughness.
● Self-starter and organized – ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling, and implementing campaigns.
● Ability to read and utilize Google Analytics daily, Triple Whale, North Beam and/or Google Data Studio is a plus. Supermetrics experience is a big plus.
● Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience working with data & formulas is a plus.
● Team player attitude, and can prove this with specific examples during interviews.
