Our mine services group is seeking a full-time Mine Engineer for our Northwood, OH branch. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

• Perform quarry layouts with proposed equipment changes in Aggflow.
• Size proper replacement equipment to meet customer production requirements.
• Collaborate with others (managers, designers, field techs, customer, drafters, administration)
• Develop designs, including specification and calculations to document compliance with project and code requirements
• Assist in the preparation and approval of design documents and plant modifications, including working with engineers and designers in document development
• Provides technical expertise and guidance to develop, manage and implement plant layouts, equipment implementations, and resolve equipment and system problems.
• All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager

Qualifications

• B.S. Mine Engineering Degree.
• Applicants must be capable of managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines
• Should be comfortable visiting clients’ facilities and performing physical work such as walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing stairs/ladders
• Proficient knowledge of how a stone quarry operates and the production equipment involved.
