Join our team as an Igloo Attendant at Snowcat Ridge!

As an Igloo Attendant, you'll be at the heart of creating an enchanting winter experience within our snow dome.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests as they engage in various snow activities like building snowmen, crafting snow angels, and partaking in friendly snowball fights.

Responsibilities:

• Safety Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on guests within the dome to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Proactively address any unsafe behaviors or situations.
• Guest Assistance: Provide assistance and guidance to guests, especially children, in making the most of their snow experience. Offer helpful tips for snow activities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Enforce Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety measures, including wearing appropriate clothing, adhering to activity rules, and maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.
• Snow Dome Maintenance: Assist in snow grooming procedures by promptly and efficiently clearing the dome of guests during snow maintenance periods. Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transition for guests during closures.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, providing information about snow activities, and ensuring an enjoyable visit for families and individuals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with children and families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to guest needs.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them effectively.
• Physical capability to stand in extreme cold for extended periods and assist with dome clearance procedures.
