This position provides entry-level professional human resources work and provides guidance and services in the areas of job classification, recruitment, staffing and selection, transactions and labor relations support for the Office of the State Auditor. This position ensures the requirements of all personnel statutes, collective bargaining agreements/plans, personnel rules and administrative procedures are met. Principal responsibilities of the position include:This is a hybrid position requiring that work is performed from St. Paul office at least one (1) day per week.
