Job Description

As a Home Depot Sales Lead Generator, you will work as a representative of Anderson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical who is partnered with The Home Depot. In this role, your primary goal is to engage with customers at the Home Depot store and generate leads for HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical sales opportunities.

• Macedonia, OH

This is a part time weekend position, perfect for someone looking to make extra money.

• Hours are Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 10:00am-4:00pm (only Saturday & Sunday availability will be considered also) 
• Pay is $20.00/per hour plus 1% commission on all leads that turn into sales 
• Must be able to pass criminal background check

Responsibilities:

• Approach customers in the store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Initiate conversations about home improvement needs, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical upgrades in their homes.

2.  Lead Generation:

• Identify potential customers interested in the company's products or services.
• Collect contact information for follow-up by the sales team.

3.  Education and Awareness:

• Explain the benefits of the company’s services and how they align with customer needs.
• Answer basic questions about the products/services being promoted.

4.  Collaboration:

• Work with store associates to ensure alignment with Home Depot’s policies and promotions.
• Share leads and customer information with the sales or marketing teams.

Skills Required:

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach and engage customers in a retail environment.
• Basic data entry or CRM skills for recording leads.
• Construction or Home Services such as HVAC, plumbing or electrical knowledge preferred but not required
