We believe in rewarding talent. Our stylists work on a tiered commission structure based on experience and performance goals:

• Commission Rate: Starting at 40% , scaling up to 48% as you hit growth milestones.
• Retail Bonus: Earn an additional % commission on all product sales for the month.
• No Hidden Fees: We provide back-bar, towels, and support staff —no booth rental stress!

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Expert Technical Services: Perform high-quality haircuts, advanced color techniques (Balayage, highlights, retouches), and styling.
• Guest Consultations: Conduct thorough 1-on-1 consultations to understand client goals and hair history.
• Retention & Growth: Actively work to retain guests and grow your personal "book" through social media and local networking.
• Product Education: Recommend professional home-care regimens to guests (and earn retail commission!).
• Salon Culture: Maintain a clean, organized station and contribute to a warm, "authentic and encouraging" team environment.

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License.
• Strong communication skills and a "guest-first" attitude.
• Desire for continuous learning (we love education!).
• Availability to work some evenings/Saturdays (by appointment only).
