PharmaCare Services is looking for a full time Hospital Pharmacy Technician in Columbia, MO to work in an LTAC facility and with a Physical Rehab unit. This position assists the pharmacist(s) in storing, preparing, dispensing, reconciling, restocking automated dispensing machines, and charging of all medications to the nursing units and treatment areas serviced by the pharmacy. In addition, this position will assist the pharmacist(s) in maintaining an adequate drug inventory and quality control procedures.
The Pharmacy Technician shall work under the direct supervision of a licensed registered pharmacist and will only perform activities that are in compliance with the State Board of Pharmacy practices. We are looking for someone with hospital pharmacy and IV admixture experience.
