Our client, a major bank in Central, NJ, is looking for
Flexcube Technical Subject Matter Expert. Hybrid commute, 4 days on-site in Central NJ Locations and 1 day remote per week.
This is a permanent FT career opportunity, with base salary range 160 -200K DOE, plus around 20% bonus and great benefits package.
Technical Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to join deposit Application Team to help drive the CTB/RTB responsibilities for
FLEXCUBE version 14.7 suite of applications environment of Oracle’s vendor product software.
In this role, you will further lead the ‘day-to-day” support of the system post go-live and partly involved in global system rollout /implementation planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Translate the Deposits needs of the marketplace and our client into requirements aligned with the overall product strategy for the development group and various implementations.
- Commit to the growth and success of the Deposits Solutions group, by working closely with our Deposit business team and internal development teams.
- Work closely and collaboratively with our clients, turning their needs into requirements, developing functional designs, and working to configure and test Flexcube version 14.7 to match their desired operational model.
- Working closely/part of the Global implementation team and playing additional role of advisory/hands-on planning role.
- Provide ongoing collaborative guidance and assistance to the implementation, development and production support teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented with the business’ future strategy and global thought process and standard governance in mind.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications: - Minimum 10-17 years of DDA Platform knowledge and working experience.
- Hands-on and development and implementation knowledge of Oracle’s Flexcube Software or any core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE preferred).
- Involved/Part of full life cycle of FLEXCUBE version 14.7 implementation (multi country implementation added advantage).
- Involved and part of application architecture and driven design responsibilities on integration perspective (GI module, Using RAD TOOL for extensions etc.)
- Working knowledge and hand-on experience FLEXCUBE modules (Core, CASA, IC, GL, Term Deposits, Consumer Lending, Money Market etc.)
- Working knowledge and hand-on experience with OBLM module
- Responsible for the configuration, maintenance and testing of the FLEXCUBE applications or any market leading core banking application (FLEXCUBE version 14.7, T24, Midas etc.).
- Previous Business Analyst or Deposits Operations experience.
- Understanding of technology and development lifecycle along with Implementation thought process.
- Superior written, verbal and active listening communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proven collaborative approach to working with co-workers at all levels.
- Analytical and creative approach to solution design and problem solving with high quality.
Skills: - Flexcube Technical engineer or FLEXCUBE SME (FLEXCUBE Framework/architecture)
