Job Description

A global pharmacutical client is looking for a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to raise purchase orders (POs), gather forecasts, and support financial projections. The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and be proficient in budgeting, forecasting, charge backs, and PO management. The role also requires reviewing data to assess fund allocations and determine when smaller POs can be charged back to a cost center. This person must be able to relay the data and their findings back to the team to ensure that project budget and targets are being met. This person will be responsible for overseeing the project budget of 3 Sr. Managers plus ad hoc requests from other stakeholders. This person must be responsible for managing many different projects pulling from different cost centers. One manager alone has 17+ projects plus ad hoc requests with global requirements. This is a remote opportunity working EST hours.

Skills And Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a financial data analyst
• Experience pulling data from excel and creating PowerBi dashboards
• Experience working with multi-million budgets
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, POs & Charge Backs -Pharmaceutical Experience
• Experience working with global teams
