We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Springfield, OH. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our clients while troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in the field. Responsibilities

Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
