Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce and promote company products and services
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building
  • Support the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to align on client needs and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Entry-Level Sales Representative Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • No prior sales experience required; internships, retail, or customer service experience is a bonus
