✍ Short Description:
We’re hiring an Email & Retention Marketing Specialist to execute calendar campaigns and automated flows for multiple clients. You will manage end-to-end email/SMS production in the ESP, maintain content calendars, write on-brand copy, coordinate with design, and ensure deliverables ship accurately and on time. The role also supports reporting, segmentation, and QA of logic and assets to drive revenue growth through effective retention programs.

Own the production of retention initiatives by project-managing, building, and scheduling email campaigns and automated flows in the ESP; maintain monthly content calendars, write error-free on-brand copy, and run thorough QA across logic and assets; coordinate with design to translate briefs into on-time campaign deliverables; partner with account/strategy to support Email & SMS services, contribute to revenue-oriented retention plans, and assist with reporting; and create segmentation and workflow structures that keep programs accurate, discoverable, and performance-ready.
