We are seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support community-based outreach and awareness campaigns for nonprofit organizations. This role focuses on in-person engagement at events, community programs, and public spaces. It does not involve call center work, cold calling, or scripted calls.
We work with 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy groups, and socially responsible partners to increase public awareness and support for ongoing initiatives. Through face-to-face outreach, the team helps connect community members with information about important causes and programs.
Customer Service Representatives play a direct role in representing nonprofit partners and sharing information with the public. The position involves speaking with community members, answering questions, and helping facilitate participation in various campaigns.
Represent nonprofit partners at events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities
Interact with the public in a professional and approachable manner
Communicate information about nonprofit missions, goals, and opportunities to get involved
Support donor engagement and long-term community relationships
Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals
Maintain professionalism and adherence to organizational values
No prior customer service or outreach experience is required; training and mentorship are provided.
