As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the nonprofit campaigns you represent. Every day brings something new.
You will:
Represent amazing nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach pop-ups
Start genuine, friendly conversations with the public (no sales pressure!)
Share powerful stories about causes like education, environment, healthcare, and more
Teach people how they can get involved and support mission-driven programs
Build relationships that inspire long-term support
Work as part of a fun, supportive outreach team
Bring energy, positivity, and passion to every event
