Job Title: Business Systems Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist (Criminal Justice Systems)

Location: Albany, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualification:

• Extensive experience eliciting and extracting detailed business requirements from customers, project stakeholders, and existing system artifacts.
• Skilled in analyzing, documenting, and validating complex business processes and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases, ensuring full test coverage and traceability to system requirements.
• Experienced in executing system, functional, and regression tests, validating results, and logging/tracking defects through resolution.
• Hands-on expertise using HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM) and JIRA for requirements management, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Proficient in creating automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency, consistency, and reliability.
• Dual-role experience as both Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in the development and validation of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business logic.
• Demonstrated experience working with Criminal Justice Systems, including justice applications, secure data handling, and system integrations in public safety environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation gaps, clarify ambiguous requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality system documentation.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, end users, and technical staff to ensure successful project delivery and system implementation.
