Job Title: Back of House Team Member 

Job summary:
We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Greer. As a BOH Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization, preparing food items according to recipe specifications, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our food offerings. Responsibilities:

• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation of menu items, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout all orders.
• Complying with all company safety and security policies, including proper use of equipment and tools.
• Being an active learner and embracing continuous training on new procedures, equipment, and recipes to enhance your skills and growth.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor when interacting with both customers and team members.
• Your availability must include Monday-Saturday. (scheduled 5 days, 8 hour shifts)
