Sales Manager The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and daily/monthly sales reporting Benefits:

Purpose: Lead, coach, and drive the sales team to hit volume and gross goals while maintaining compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage 10–12 salespeople, each selling 10+ units/month.

Structure and approve profitable, compliant deals. * Manage trade appraisals, lender approvals, and deal flow to F&I. * Enforce dealership/OEM sales processes and documentation accuracy. * Maintain high CSI scores and handle escalated customer issues. * Collaborate on inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.

• Track and report team and individual performance daily/weekly/monthly.

Motivate, coach, and hold sales staff accountable for goals. * Stay current on lender programs, OEM incentives, and market trends. * Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and in the sales office. Performance Expectations * $200K+ monthly total gross * 10–12 team members, each at 10+ units/month * High CSI and process compliance Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions & information.
• Positive attitude.
• Two years of sales management experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid in-state drivers license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Obtain $200K+ total gross/month.
• Recruit, train, and manage 10–12 salespeople, each selling 10+ units/month.
• Strong Stellantis background is a plus.
