Launched in December 2023, REOWN enables enthusiasts to buy, sell, or exchange Royal Enfield motorcycles through a hassle-free and transparent process. The platform is now operational across 475 Royal Enfield dealerships spanning 24 states and union territories.
What is the REOWN Platform?
REOWN is Royal Enfield’s dedicated pre-owned motorcycle program designed to cater to both first-time buyers and existing Royal Enfield owners looking to upgrade. Key services offered include:
- Certified Pre-Owned Bikes: Each motorcycle undergoes 200+ technical checks and is refurbished using genuine parts at authorized service centers.
- Buy and Sell: Owners can sell their motorcycles or exchange them for a new Royal Enfield bike.
- 12-Month Warranty: All pre-owned bikes purchased through REOWN come with a 12-month warranty and two free services.
- Free Inspection for Sellers: Owners can schedule a free bike inspection by filling out an online form.
The platform also collaborates with Adroit Auto, SAMIL, and Instabid to facilitate the exchange of non-Royal Enfield bikes, making it more accessible for those transitioning to the Royal Enfield brand.

As part of the REOWN expansion, Royal Enfield has introduced its first-ever loyalty program. This initiative provides attractive benefits to existing customers who want to upgrade from their current Royal Enfield motorcycle to a new one through the REOWN exchange program.
