I am learning to drive and planning to buy a used car as my first car. I am getting a 1.0 RXT KWID registered Jan 2020 and 18,000 km driven at RS 2.25 lakh. Please advise. Shall I buy it? This is my first car and the area I am staying in is quite congested so I need a small car which I can park outside my house. I tried to negotiate a lot but the owner is not ready to reduce the value anymore. Please advise
