Tata Tiago 2016 xz (O) model (29,000 km) me tyre change karane the lekin shopkeeper ne 185/70/R14 tika diya. Mujhe koi knowledge nhi thi upgrade ki. Baad me apki videos dekh k pta chala jyada bada tyre lag gya. Ab car chalane me to maja aa rha he grip achi he, stability achi he lekin steering thoda heavy he. Me ab soch rha hu steering and suspension thik rahe isliye 14" alloy wheel lga lu. Steel Wheel se alloy wheel me change karane se heavy steering ki problem solve hogi? Ab darr lag rha he alloy wheel vala bhi kuch galat product na tika de. Any suggestions.

Be very careful while buying aftermarket alloys. Never buy used ones as there is no guarantee about their condition. I have seen alloys wheel which were broken into two pieces and even missing a piece, being repaired by welder and after the paint job is done, you cannot distinguish between a new one and repaired one. However, the strength of the repaired one is compromised and is very unsafe to use them, which is why it is always suggested to get the alloys replaced if there is a bend in them. The repaired ones are often sold in the used market so I would suggest to definitely buy used ones. You can check out teambhp for others with the same car who have upgraded to alloys. If nothing works, you can just sell the current set of tyres in used market. If they are not used much and not much older you can get a good price for them and then get the correct set of tires.
