Hello, I am Rohan. Recently i learnt driving. And I am going to buy a used 2016 jazz petrol. First owner is ready to sell it in 3.8L. it's gonna be first car of the family. And I am really clueless. What papers I should be looking for. And also about payment. Never bought any vehicle before. Should I pay full payment as soon as I get the car? Or should I hold some money till ownership transfer? Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
